对于有些科研工作者来说，整个工作用到的金标二抗不会太多，希望找到较小的包装量，Ted Pella公司销售的英国BBI公司生产的金标二抗是个不错的选择。BBI的全称是British BioCell International，专业的胶体金试剂制造商，产品主要使用在电镜方面。BBI的应用于电镜方面的金标二抗所用的buffer：20mM sodium azide; 1% BSA; 154mM NaCl; 20% glycerol;20mM Tris （tris-hydroxymethyl-aminomethane); pH 8.2。
关于此100ml缓冲液的配方：0.242g (20mM) Tris + 0.9g (154mM) NaCl + ultrapure water to make 100ml. Adjust pH from 7.2 to 8.2 with 1N HCl or 1N NaOH。
